PoultryPro is designed as a business-to-business (B2B) farm management utility. We collect only information that is strictly necessary to provide flock tracking, calculations, and operational reporting:

• Account & User Profile Data: When an account is created or provisioned for your farm, we collect your name, email address, password hash, assigned farm organization, and user role (e.g. administrator, farm manager, or shed operator).
• Farm & Flock Operational Records: Operational information entered into the system by your team, including shed/lot identifiers, bird placement counts, breed information, daily mortality and lameness counts, feed type and quantity consumed, water intake records, medication administered, bird sampling weights, and harvest sales quantities.
• Device & Technical Diagnostics: When using our Android application or web portal, standard technical data is logged, including device manufacturer, device model, operating system version, network connection status, IP address, access timestamps, and anonymized application crash reports to ensure platform stability.

3 How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for lawful business and operational objectives, specifically:

• To operate, calculate, and present farm performance reports (including Feed Conversion Ratio [FCR], European Production Index [EPI], cumulative mortality rates, and average bird growth curves).
• To manage user authentication, session security, and multi-tenant access control between distinct farm operations.
• To maintain feed and medication inventory balances and alert users to potential record discrepancies.
• To provide customer support, troubleshoot operational issues, and respond to inquiries.
• To continuously optimize application performance and prevent abuse or security breaches.

4 Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We only share data with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, strictly bound by data confidentiality agreements:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting and database infrastructure located in certified data centers adhering to modern security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Google Play Services: Standard application delivery, in-app updates, and system diagnostic services provided by Google LLC for Android application distribution.
• Legal Requirements: If disclosure is strictly required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful request by public authorities.

5 Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

We retain account and operational flock data for as long as your farm’s subscription or account remains active, or as required to fulfill legal, tax, and accounting reporting obligations.

We enforce robust technical and organizational security controls to safeguard your data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between the PoultryPro mobile app, web browsers, and backend servers are strictly encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
• Password Protection: User passwords are cryptographically hashed using salted, industry-standard key derivation functions (e.g. bcrypt). Plaintext passwords are never stored or logged.
• Restricted Access: Access to production databases is strictly restricted to authorized engineering personnel through multi-factor authentication and role-based access control.

Because Lunivha OÜ is an enterprise registered within the European Union (Estonia), all users are granted rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regardless of nationality or geographic location:

PoultryPro is an enterprise commercial agricultural platform intended solely for use by professional poultry producers and business operators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 within the European Economic Area). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such data.
